You will be received by a representative of Earthbound Expeditions and transferred to a comfortable accommodation 4 star or 5 star hotel ( your choice). We will have a pre-trek briefing around 5 pm, afterward we will take you out for dinner, this is a great opportunity to get acquainted with your fellow group members and guide.

Free day in Kathmandu / Sightseeing in Kathmandu
Lazy morning for breakfast. Today you can have a full day to explore Kathmandu’s bustling streets and significant landmarks your own, or we can take you to important UNESCO World Heritage spiritual sites like : Pashupatinath, Nepal’s most sacred Hindu temple and an important cremation site; and Boudhanath, the largest Buddhist stupa in Nepal and one of the most sacred Tibetan Buddhist shrine outside of Tibet.
Or you can choose to wander around Thamel or visit Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple) in a small hill overlooking Kathmandu valley or the World Heritage Listed old palace squares of Patan or Bhaktapur.
We will visit those sites based on your interest.

Today Fly to Pokhara the lake city
After breakfast, we transfer to Kathmandu’s domestic terminal to take our flight to Pokhara around 11 AM, the main gateway for trekkers into the Annapurna region. The flight to Pokhara is one of the most scenic flight in the Himalaya we may able to see Ganesh Himal, Manaslu and Annapurna mountain ranges. Or we have the option of 6 6-hour drive by car too.
Pokhara the lake city, is Nepal’s second largest tourist town. Once we reach to Pokhara, we will have free time to explore around, pack, little shopping or perhaps go boating at Phewa Lake. Overnight: hotel. Meals: B

Drive to Khare and trek to Tolka 1900m. Walk approximately 4 to 5 hours.
We drive for an hour to pass between two river valleys at the village of Khare, and commence our trek to the Australian camp, and the trail ascends following a ridge through fields of bamboo clusters to a magnificent rhododendron forest. Villagers greet us with “Namaste”, the traditional Nepalese greeting, as we pass their homes and continue to the ridge top where at the crest the scale of the mountains astounds us, with Machapuchare (6993m), Hiunchuli (6441m) and Annapurna South (7219m) in our immediate viewpoint. After Lunch, we walk through rhododendron forests, the lush canopy affords protection for the smaller, delicate flora, such as primula and daphne. It also provides a haven for birdlife, and we can hear their varied calls as we move through.

Trek to To Landruk 1640m and to Hot spring Walk approx 4 to 5 hours.
In the morning see beautiful view of Annapurna south from Tolka, have a breakfast and gently walk through village walking closer to the mountains. The trail will soon take you to the village of Landruk with its excellent views of Annapurna South at the head of the valley have a lunch there and walk towards the Modikhola valley have a great view of Annapurna sanctuary, soon cross very long suspension bridge and reach to the Jhinu Danda ( natural hot spring – if you wish you can take a bath there) . You may meet some trekkers heading to the Trek to Annapurna base camp ( ABC).
Overnight at a nice Tea house lodge with great view.

Hike to Ghandruk 1940m. Walk approx 4 - 5 hours.
Today after breakfast, we will walk to the attractive Gurung village of Ghandruk. With a great view of Annapurna south and rice terraces, we will cross the steel cable long suspension bridge and commence our ascent to Ghandruk. As we trek up we enjoy the beauty of the Himalaya at a relatively close range and observe the glaciers flowing from them and feeding the rivers below. Our leisurely approach along these ridges with their fine mountain views ensures proper acclimatisation and the unhurried opportunity to fully savour this magnificent scenery. Ghandruk is the centre for the Annapurna Conservation Area, and after lunch, we will visit the headquarters. It is a magnificent location and a photographer’s delight. If possible, we may be able to visit a local school to interact with children or teachers there.

We trek To Kimchi and back to Pokhara. Walk approx 2 hours. Drive 2 hours
After breakfast we are ready to trek to Kimchi. The trail is mostly downhill and if the weather is clear, we enjoy our last views of Annapurna South, Himchuli and Machhapuchare. Once we reach Kimchi, we will commence the drive back to Pokhara where we will enjoy lunch on our arrival. The afternoon is free in Pokhara. Overnight: hotel

Drive Pokhara to Chitwan national park
After breakfast we will transfer to Chitwan by road about 5 hours drive. On arrival you will be briefed about the planned activities during our stay. Late afternoon and early morning are the best times to sight wildlife, so other times tend to be for less energetic activities. We will have lunch at our lodge and commence our activity program. Our accommodation is luxury Lodge outside the park, Solar heated hot water is available in the afternoons.

Full day At Chitwan National park
A full activities is planned, including jungle walks, canoe rides, bird-watching and jeep safari ( Jungle drive), Elephant breeding center, village tour, as well as lectures on other fauna. One of the oldest national park in Asia, Chitwan is the territory of many species of wildlife, including many Royal Bengal Tigers, leopards, Rhinos, and many deer, boar, bear, peacocks, an extraordinary number of bird species and is occasionally visited by wild elephants. Return to Kathmandu. Drive 5 hours
After breakfast we will complete our last activity and and we make the journey out of the jungle and back to the Kathmandu by private vehicle or Flight , arriving late afternoon. Meals: B

Day At leisure in Kathmandu (1350m) or you can depart
As they say, there are probably a million things to see in Kathmandu. We recommend you spend this day wandering the town and exploring the valley on a bicycle, or join a cooking class, massage, or Yoga activities, or shop for souvenirs. Departure from Kathmandu
